Fridge magnet pictures a 1908 painting by artist, John Singer Sargent (1856-1925) of pomegranates on the tree.  Sargent was insanely prolific with 900 oil paintings and 2,000 water colors attributed to him.  Born in Italy to American-born parents, he is best remembered for his portraits but brought a similarily interesting blend of realism and texture to landscapes and other subjects.
