This magnet pictures an illustration by HJ Ford from the late 1800s. It appeared in The Crimson Fairy Tale Book by Andrew Lang accompanying a sweet Romanian story, The Little Wildrose.
The illustration pictures Wildrose in the nest with the eaglets who became her siblings and protectors. Eventually she is tricked and kidnaped by a witch who takes her to wed a Prince.
